On top of using the finest ingredients (from scratch cake flour (yes! we make our own cake flour!) fresh organic fruits, nuts, cheeses, fine chocolate..) in all of our cakes, alot of time, energy and resources go into the creation of your cake-of-art. All of our work is customized + created to your particular vision and is made to order. Please consider the amount of time it takes to order ingredients for your flavors then mix, bake, fill, frost and decorate your cake. This is a labor intensive job and is very time consuming! All these variables and more are factored into the price of your cake!
